Single release: I love you in a 1000 ways
“I Love You in a 1000 Ways” is the title of the new, beautifully understated acoustic CD single created by Danny Ferdinandus, Dick Hoogerwaard, Tom E. Morrison, and Rachel Morrison.
A Beautiful Ballad
1000 Ways originated during a songwriting session between Dick and Danny, who wanted to create a beautiful ballad this time. While improvising on the piano, they came up with a stunning and unique melody, enriched by various playing styles, from bossa nova to rock. The great thing was that the song retained its power throughout. They then came up with the idea of naming the song 1000 Ways, as the lyrics are about 1000 ways to show your love to someone else. They sent the idea along with a demo to music producer Tom E. Morrison in England and asked for his opinion on the concept. He responded enthusiastically and asked his wife Rachel if she could adjust the lyrics to make it sound more international. Rachel had previously had a major hit in Brazil, Italy, and Germany.
Fantastic Result Through International Collaboration
As they say, they did as planned, and the final result is fantastic. Tom transformed it into a great rock ballad in his professional studio and invited Danny to England to further shape the song in the studio. In September 2024, Danny traveled to England, which turned out to be a very special experience.
Danny sang the song so beautifully there that people in the Netherlands, when they heard it, said: “Danny, you’ve never sounded so beautiful.” This is also thanks to the expertise of the internationally acclaimed music producer Tom, a winner of several international awards.

Single release: Feel your love
The new single “Feel Your Love” expresses Danny’s deep gratitude for finding God, who saved him and led him to a better life.
The London, UK-based record label Big Sky Song released the single internationally on all major digital platforms on Danny’s birthday, September 30, 2021. Brilliant musicians contributed to the creation of this heartfelt single, which was produced and arranged by Tom E. Morrison.
The soulful backing vocals are performed by two renowned singers:
– Rachel Morrison, vocalist of the band Bliss, which achieved major success in Italy, Brazil, and Germany.
– Gordon Neville, who has worked with major artists, including Elton John and the New London Chorale.
Every element of the song comes together harmoniously. The infectious chorus, uplifting melodies, and sincere lyrics are supported by authentic live instruments.
The instrumentation includes the Hammond organ and Wurlitzer piano, as well as drums, bass, and both acoustic and electric guitars. In 2019, Danny was nominated for Best New Artist of the Year at the Zilveren Duif Awards. He is currently busy writing and rehearsing new material, which he hopes to share soon.
